To check and see if her vagina was perforated due to rape. The vagina is an elastic muscle that stretches for sex and for child birth. If someone has been killed and their body has been violated, the tissue will be perforated and won’t “snap back” to its normal form. No, nipples don’t work like that. They are checking for injuries on nipples/vagina. Forceful rape usually leaves some marks.
