Photographing for evidence. She could have been sexually assaulted. There was at least one drop of blood on one of her nipples that I can see. I don't know if she was sexually assaulted but photographing these types of things is normal. Based on where she was stabbed, I wonder if she could have been pregnant and someone didn't like that.
