To the government of the PRC. value in the ability for criminal assassinations to dissuade others in committing crimes is greater than the risk of possibility of executing an innocent person. It is net value for society. The rights of the individual is given very little priority. It sounds strange to Western ears, but it might be an effective way to govern.

It's China, so she probably didn't deserve it, but it is a painless execution.

Likely unsuitable for organ harvesting, as I'm sure they wouldn't throw the opportunity to add to their brisk trade in livers and kidneys.
What did she do wrong? Was she a murderer? Agreed, a quick and painless death.

Until 2015, China was obliged to prohibit the collection of organs of the death penalty.
