Very valid point that I can attest to. Playing a mario golf game on the NES. My cousin and her friend were playing the game with me. When I handed the controler to my cousin the other girl was in the middle of us. The back of my arm then grazed her shirt I guess, this the only thing I can think of that she was talking about. Anyway I am not sure how old she was at the time but guessing I would say the 10-13 area told her parents and my aunt and uncle that I touched her chest area. I would hate to be hacked up anyway but especially for being accused for something I didn't do out of any kind of pleasure. I was just passing the controler.

In many third world countries this type of justice happens because the people know that the local officials are so corrupt the perp can buy his way out with a bribe or two. When official justice is no justice, street justice works.  |
