4. The Moderators are on this site to bring content and enforce the rules, not babysit the members. As a result, a zero tolerance policy is imposed to trolling anywhere outside of the watercooler.

We value our contributors a lot here and don't want their threads derailed with arguments and debates that should stay within the watercooler or taken to pm. It's damn time consuming finding fresh content to post here. Most contributors (including myself) have lives/jobs but spend a few hours a day or weekends providing what we can.
If there is a certain poster here you don't like then ignore their threads completely or maybe put them on your ignore list. I've told this to the few haters i seem to have picked up on my way
