I have seen white phosphorus burns before and some of the pics do resemble WP burns, but it would have had to been a very high yield to have created burns that serious..But in all fairness many countries do have WP (Willy Pete common term used) bombs that can create that much devastation..The US and Russia as well as Israel have WP weapons..
