The body was found on the Colorado Valley Street, between Valley Street and the River Guadalquivir Remedios, near the Mexican Outer Loop.
According to the preliminary report of the State of Mexico authorities, the killers put the body in a plastic bag, took him to a dirt road and covered the body with a piece of cardboard and set the cardboard on fire.
The deceased was not identified, only knew that it was a man about 30 years old.
