It's Zetas new generation (young street rats coked out with AK's). Lead by Kiko Trevino, nephew of captured Z-40 (Miguel Angel Treviño) and Z-42 (Alejandro "Omar" Treviño Morales).

There is old school Zetas fighting against them. Grupo Bravo.

Seems it wasn't a clean chopping. Maybe this dude had a very short neck like me? BTW how come his right eye looks opened in the pic 2, but not pic 3? Someone closed it for him? Awwww, so thoughtful
