Apparently he fell from the 7th floor of a building. It seems though that he is on a road and maybe hit by a vehicle. Wonder how the fingers became damaged

The last photo is very interesting. Whoever took the photo was not wearing gloves and had on some old tennis shoes. Why does this even matter? Well, it shows that someone was curious enough to take photos before the law got there. Maybe....its the real killer who took the photos. Yes, I am being facetious, but that last photo did strike me as odd.

If he did fall from a building then I guess he would have tried to grab on to something on the way down, that would explain the missing digits, but I would sat RTA.
