Re: Car Versus Motorcycle (Guess Who Wins?) [Brazil, 5 July 2012]
There are worse than Brazil, even you look in South America only. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...ted_death_rate You think it's worse because it's a big country and maybe their laws dealing with privacy are different, so you get to see more of their corpses. |

Re: Car Versus Motorcycle (Guess Who Wins?) [Brazil, 5 July 2012]
Regarding traffic accidents, in many Brazilian websites you'll find disclaimers like this one: Code: Article 6: are basic objectives of the National Traffic System: I - to establish guidelines of Transit, with a view to safety, fluidity, comfort, environmental protection and education to transit, and monitor compliance; Article 14: IV - to stimulate and guide the implementation of transit security awareness campaigns; They're allowed since they publish them for educational purposes. For example, in Italy every year between 1.700 and 2.000 people aged under 34 lose their lives in car crashes, ONLY on saturday nights. Most of them (almost all) because D.U.I. Imo, MANY people would no longer drive under influence, after seeing some of the stuff that gets posted there, it would be really educative. |
