Giving those images a closer look, the first one could be the same person as the two watermarked ones. The colour of the blouse seems different, but there is not to much in that - in both cases there is a white drawing on the front of the blouse, and it is dark.

There is no doubt that they are presented as different persons, but the story is one big mess (this time it is not google alone), so I wouldn't let that carry too much weight.

The only difference I see is the blood is removed on the second shot of the woman. They're out of order is all. It's the same woman and shirt; just slightly different angles.

Three photos (the first and the two watermarked ones) do show the same woman, she was one of the two car-jackers (a man and a woman, both died on the spot, no photos of the man);
the one in the coffin is the body of the 15 years old girl who also died on the spot. The mother of the girl, who was also kidnapped, survived and was hospitalized with minor injuries.

SANTO DOMINGO. - A little girl affected by Down Syndrome and two men who had just kidnapped her in the central town Bonao died today Friday when the SUV in which they fled flipped on the highway to the nearby city La Vega.

The mother of the 15 year old Carla Nicole Jiménez, who was also kidnapped, survived the accident and is being treated for non life-threatening injuries in the nearby Juan Bosch Hospital.

The girl was kidnapped when her mother was taking her to school: she was the daughter of doctors Pedro Jiménez and Carmen Paulino, whereas the kidnappers have yet to be identified.

The 35 YO woman was later identified as Griselda Mercedes Núñez, 35: her accomplice was identified as Guillermo Vargas Ferreira, 30 YO.

This is the mom of the girl: in the meantime she healed.

Since she's alive, there are no death pictures available of her, and it seems that there aren't photos showing the other car-jacker...
