It is Jamaica, This was in our local paper "the gleaner" the police are from the JCF, Jamaica Constabulary Force. They are the only police unit in the Caribbean to dress inn those uniforms. It looks to be in montego bay or kingston. the third pic, look at the officers insignia on his shoulder, he is a Corporal Rank officer. |
