I was working under the front end of a large front-end loader at the mill one night. It was large enough to crush a car. We used the bucket to lift its front end off the ground. I had just crawled out from under/between the tire and frame when the hydraulic system failed and it fell. I had to just stand there for a second.
That would have made one hell of a mess and could have gotten me my 15 minutes of fame on this website.
