They were quarreling with eachother for 3 years as he was a very jealous man and that day he cracked. After another argument he waited for her to fall asleep and chopped her in the head 5 times he told police before covering her up with a blanket. Next morning he took his kids to his hometown and probably thought no one would find out  They did of course and he confessed during his arrest.
