Cambodian Man Murdered His Elderly Mother With Cleaver
Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh A 54-year-old man, Sreng Chhay, who was reported to have mental health issues (or, according to Google Translate, 'abnormal memory'), murdered his 84-year-old mother, Seng V., in the house where they lived. The following memory, Sreng admitted the crime to a 71-year-old woman who had come to meet Seng. He has been arrested.      |
