Cambodian Man Found Dead in a River
On 8th October 2019 in Tonlon Commune (Cambodia), the body of a man, thought to be in his 30s, was found floating in the Bassac river by fishermen.

Why does the tongue always protrude like that? Drowning victims that have been in the water for a bit before recovery always look like a frog or a bulldog to me.  |
