It's sad to me that these 'arranged' marriages even exist, in this day and age. Especially when they drive girls to these extremes.  |

Marriage is one part of a religion, a ceremony to bond 2 to that religion so once again religion kills.... God kills!  |

I do believe that you need an update. These days marriage is quite independent of religious ceremonies. One May have one if one is so inclined, but marriage is mainly a civil matter in most places nowadays. There are plenty of instances where religious beliefs lead to violence without bringing marriage into the picture.
