Cambodian Cleaner Fell to Her Death This Morning
This morning (26th September 2018) in Prey Svay Village, a cleaner fell to her death from the 2nd floor of a bank. 48 year old K.D. had been working as a cleaner at the bank for over a year. She fell through the broken flooring to her death. Her 18 year old daughter was at the scene.                     There's an hour long video, I have it downloaded but I can't get it to upload here, so here's a link to the YouTube video:

man, thats really sad. people shouldnt build something that looks like you can stand on it but actually kills you if you stand on it, especially if theres no warning sign. Possibly she knew, intended to stand on the metal beams but slipped, in that case there should have been some safety, like for climbers or other kinds of workers that work on high buildings, so that if they fall they are catched by ropes. Maybe sounds excessive for inside cleaning personnel, but honestly this could have been prevented. Maybe they can sue the bank that employed her. |
