Had a co worker who was terminally ill with brain cancer. When they stop showing up you know its over, but try not to ask out of respect. To get up every day and go to work, and not bitch about it like she did taught me something. Thinking you may have it bad in life, may not be the case or how you make it out to be. I still think about her sometimes |

Yeah, I had a maligant lymphoma. Chemo is HELL. Took several years to start feeling good and healthy again. I still fight the fatigue.  |

Very thoughtful to put bottle rockets on her body, so she can know she has arrived in Hell when the fire sets them off. What very practical religion do Cambodians practice where fireworks are placed with the deceased?

Clearly she was well loved, her transition into the afterlife was probably as comfortable as can be. From what I've seen on this site, Cambodian's honor the dead very well, even foreign dead. Thanks for this post. |
