On 16th February 2021 in Chombok commune (Cambodia), 21 year old C.N. passed away. It was rumoured that 'C', a teacher, had died after having a vaccination against COVID, but other news outlets have stated that this is in fact a lie. Apparently, teachers had not yet been vaccinated + 'C' had died from meningitis. Though when family have written about 'C' on FB, they were saying that she was suffering with severe pneumonia. 'C' became ill at the end of January, the same time that her father fell from their house + damaged his hip. Both father + daughter were in the hospital at the same time, though sadly, the young woman never made it out alive. Funds were raised to help the family for the funeral + whilst the father is incapacitated.
