On 18th August 2021 in Ortaki Commune (Cambodia), 31 year old V.S. committed suicide via hanging.

I will never understand men who wear large obnoxious cowboy style hats when they hang themselves instead of just putting it on the ground. And again like with the last hanging male thread you posted, wtf is up with the inappropriate unclothing/touching?

I think you mean the image where the hand is blocking the breast from view, but is showing the arrow penetration. I don't think that image was meant to indicate inappropriate unclothing/touching, but rather a clearer picture of the arrow, whilst at the same time maintaining a wee bit of dignity.
