Cambodia - Young Lady Jumps to Her Death from 8th Floor
On the morning of 10th February 2022 in Khan Meanchey (Cambodia), 26 year old E.R. committed suicide. The young lady had gone to visit her friend on the 8th floor of a high-rise building. Though when there was no answer (nor on the phone also), 'E' opened a window in the hallway + jumped out. The friend had been asleep at the time + their phone switched off, so had not heard either the door or phone call. The friend told officers that 'E' 'was often upset + had a series of personal problems'.

the friend would have been able to talk her way out of suicide should she had opened the door

Did they use Saran wrap to keep her fresh, in the last one where she's taken away on a stretcher?  |

Sadly, the guilt will probably eat them up for the rest of their life. Though if they had opened the door, it was only a matter of time until 'E' would have taken her own life at another time. With her jumping from such a height, she was definitely determined. I wonder if she had gone to her friend's home to either say goodbye or as a cry for help.

Situations such as these always get me pondering but definitely if she had been saved that day by the looks of it she was very impulse/determined and most probably would have attempted/done the same another day..but doesn't make the friend feel any better |

Exactly. I knew of a women who did the same thing in my area. Went to visit her friend, who lived on the 20th floor of a highrise. Everything was going great, and then the friend went to put away the game they were playing, and her friend just opened the balconey door and jumped to her death, just like that.
