I wonder...certainly he was already abusing pills/drugs (perhaps even sleep aid Medications) and no doubt had a strong tolerance! So either a) because of attaining a hefty tolerance he needed to abuse at lethally toxic levels b) false, perhaps purposefully so, packaging with incorrect identification of compound, improper administration regimen, outdated, etc. c) purposefully obtained potent medicine to "experiment" with d) murder or suicide, of which must be ruled out, even at the very beginning of the investigation...  |

In Brazil, a lot of people take both their parent's surnames. Also there's a lot of da Silva/Santos so that's extra initials.
