I went for arm surgery for a broken forearm Saturday, had to be intubated for a couple of hours, believe me, intubation is not fun I cant even imagine what days or weeks with covid and a ventilator would be like, and I don't think I'd wish that on my worst enemy.

yea thats what im having 1 year after covid , my lungs started to hurt , i absolutely agree this virus is fucked up , its not even about killing the person , but damaging his organs , and oh man can this virus cause damage , if i had known i would get infected i would never got out of my house , fucking regret it but now im much smarter, i dont even go anywhere without need ,avoiding crowded places and not using public transport , fuck this virus

In terms of drug OD psychostimulants like cocaine can cause PO but it still takes a while for left ventricular failure to develop and then to persist long enough for pulmonary hypertension and ensuing pulmonary oedema.

I didn't even think of Pulp Fiction when I made my comment that foam from the mouth is a sign of an OD. The most telltale sign in this case is having numerous empty bubble packs of pills scattered around her body. People usually don't take that many of the same pill at once unless they are trying to kill themselves.

It's very common for a death that isn't COVID related to be counted as a COVID death. In this case, the family of the woman may have preferred to have her labeled as a COVID death because some life insurance policies don't pay out for suicides and often there is stigma attached to suicide.
