50 year old L.B. had been staying at a rental house in Takmao City (Kandal, Cambodia) for the last 2 months.

It was now the morning of 12th September 2020 + a neighbour hadn't seen 'L' leave his room for 2 days. So, the neighbour informed the landlord of the building. The landlord, 43 year old C.B. knocked on 'L's door but didn't get a response. So, he unlocked the door + let himself in. Inside, he found his Russian tenant dead.

The police were called immediately. When they arrived, they collected 'L's belongings together. These included, a passport, phone, necklace, $49, 3300 riels, a watch, 3 bracelets + a belt.

'L', who had lung cancer, had died of a heart attack.

Heart attacks are linked to a lot of deaths with people who are suffering lung cancer, even other cancers. Doesn't have to have been drugs.
