Cambodia - Officer Commits Suicide with a Gun
On the afternoon of 28th November 2017 in Koh Kong province (Cambodia), a police officer who was the guard of a bank committed suicide. 40 year old P.K. took 3 guns into the toilet + shot himself. On his shirt, he wrote: "Death, I don't involve anyone, is death from me P.K. Goodbye to all of you"

If he used that AK to kill himself, it would have popped his dome for sure. He must have used a pistol that he fell on to do the job?

I'm sure with the collapse of communism, military stocks from Russia and the Eastern Bloc countries were sent everywhere in the world.

Oh yeah. The AK-47 and variants are the weapon of choice for third world countries. They're cheap, reliable, and are essentially peasant-proof. Romanian and Polish models are particularly valued.
