Cambodia - New Zealander Died from Drug Overdose
On 18th May 2019 in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), 46 year old J.N.H. died. 'J', who had previously been living + working in Singapore, died of a heart attack caused by a drugs overdose.         His last FB post, a day before he died:

Another barang bites the dust. With China cracking down on fentanyl, and Chinese nationals opening up fentanyl labs in Cambodia, I predict we are only scratching the surface when it comes to these cambo death waves. With the EU imposing trade sanctions on Cambodia, and with China countering by sending financial aid, the West is giving little incentive to Cambodia in curbing these deaths. |
