I saw them for sale in Peru when i went to Cuzco. They had little ones and bigger ones about the size of this one. The little cylinder on the top is a flashlight that swivels. It's a pretty sweet little thing.

I knew a guy who stabbed himself to death. He did not intend to fail. He cut his wrists, slashed his neck, tried to stab himself in the head, and finally got his aorta. His wife was with him this whole time, and she didn't call the cops for almost 2 hours. I still think she was involved.
