In the early hours of 10th January 2021 in Sangkat Kork Khleang (Cambodia), 53 year old S.K. murdered his wife, 36 year old C.S., then committed suicide.

After an argument, 'S', "a military police officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel + a teacher at the Royal Cambodian Gendarmerie", shot 'C' dead + then himself. 4 gunshots were heard, 'C' had been shot in her back 3 times, before 'S' had shot himself in the head.

'S' had been overcome with jealously lately. Every time 'C' would speak on the phone, he would complain of how jealous it made him feel. Though 'C', an online seller, was only talking to her customers.

They leave a 15 year old daughter. 'S' also leaves another 5 children from a previous marriage.

not the first time a deranged cop or other law inforcement guy goes for murder suicide over there. Maybe they're so used to criminals lying all the time they develop some mistrust mixing it up in their personal life.
