Cambodia - Man Killed by His Wife + Mother-in-law
On the morning of 24th May 2019 in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), the body of 29 year old K.Y. was found wrapped in a blanket on a bed in a locked room. The previous night, N.S., his 20 year old wife + her mother, 49 year old K.T. murdered him with a knife + cleaver. They tried to cut off his head. Mother + daughter went to the police station + confessed their crime; they were arrested. From what I can gather, 'K' had been asked by his mother-in-law for 10,000 Riel, when he refused, she killed him with the help of her daughter.                   The couple had only got married this January.        UPDATE: On 26th May, mother + daughter were charged with murder. They face up to 15 years if convicted. On the day of the murder, 'K' was feverish + 'N' called her mother to come over to the house to help look after him. 'N' asked 'K' for some money to buy food but he refused to give her any. They began to argue + 'K' beat 'N' + tried to strangle her. 'N' screamed for her mother who came running in with a cleaver. She hacked at 'K' several times until he passed out. 'N' then took a knife + stabbed him in the stomach 3 times. When 'K' was dead, mother + daughter wrapped his body up + put it on a bed in the bedroom.

So weird to see they let a killer pose holding the weapon. She looks batshit crazy and probably has nothing to lose so no way hand her a cleaver. All that over $2.45  |

I can’t believe it was over $2.45. Nonetheless clearly greedy women. As true crime shows show, you don’t sleep easy around family members you refused to give money to. Especially the in laws!!!! |
