Cambodia - Man Hanged Himself from the Steps of a Building
On the morning of 25th November 2019 in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), the body of 32 year old C.S. was found hanging from the steps of a building.

I agree. And I was about to say that to do it in that public way would have shown he'd given up even on dignity. Always leave room in things to change your mind, even with death. Though sometimes a fluke can mean you are out like a light, even on steps. |

Though look again at his rucked up trousers. He probably DID try to save himself but was too weak to.
