Cambodia - Male Teacher Found Dead
On the morning of 8th July 2019 in Siem Reap (Cambodia), 28 year old 'P', an English teacher, was found dead.

It looks like a heart attack in his sleep. Discoloration is just from blood pooling to those areas of the body. I forget what that term is called though

According to the forensic examination of Dr. Ith Chhay Roth, a doctor from the provincial court said the victim died due to ejaculation with primary help causes a heart attack.
