Re: Cambodia - Lightning Strike Kills Teenage Girl + Injures Man
I got you all beat, and it wasn't lightning, it was GEESE. I had a great uncle who was killed when he was 2 years old, by Geese, at his family farm in Wisconsin in the 1890's. I never knew Geese were vicious, but apparently they ARE. I also had another relative, who I am named for, who died digging a well, poisoned by gas. I understand this was a common event in the 1800's. But no video to record it, and no one artistic enough to draw it at the time. In any case, it would have been called "Illustrated Reality" back then, and sent out as a weekly, with wood block engravings. |

And Doc Thrumpie's contributions would have been in the form of printed sheet music that the whole family could sing. Maybe he would have put them out in one of those amazing "Magic Stereoscopic Viewers" that they had back then. But those would have cost 2 cents extra! |

Re: Cambodia - Lightning Strike Kills Teenage Girl + Injures Man
wait what were these two doing in one place? a 18 year old chick and the regional big shot? probably making some lighting of their own! and died in the act. she was on top riding him, so she took most of the lightning force. lol
