I don't think so. I'm going to guess she had just died. The other pictures looked like they were taken later and her tongue had swelled forcing her mouth open. That's just a guess, though. |

The articles I found and translated talk about him as being severely autistic. Which in my mind explain him carrying her, as if he doesn't understand the severeness, or ramifications of his actions - but now in a remorseful or pleading action of help her or fix this type action. He looks fairly stunned to me in the arrest photos. It just seems like a very sad situation.
