On the evening of 3rd July 2019 in Koh Kong (Cambodia), 64 year old K-R.T. died.

'K-R', who was retired, died of coronary heart disease in his rented house.

The owner of the house stated that 'K-R' had been suffering for a long time + had no one to look after him. Though on his FB profile, he has a photo of a young-ish Cambodian lady who he claims to be his girlfriend...

Good eye! It looks like a puncture wound, it's swollen round it. Though surely that's too big for a needle?

I was thinking it could be from a medical fixation device? If he had trauma or deformation in his spine, but damn, that is a really really large hole.
