Cambodia - Decomposing Body of Woman Killed by Her Husband for Wanting Divorce
On the morning of 15th March 2022 in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), 34 year old V.R. went to the police station + confessed to murdering his wife. 'V' + his wife, 28 year old S.H., had been together for 10 years + had 3 children. They seem to have been going through some issues, as 'V' was living in a rented house + 'S', a nurse, was staying with her mother. On 11th March, 'V' had visited 'S' + taken her for a walk. Her mother waited for her return, but she never did. She tried phoning 'V', to ask him where her daughter was, but he didn't answer his phone. Neighbours state that they saw 'S' asleep inside 'V's rental home that same night. However, the next day 'S' was dead + 'V' was nowhere to be seen. He went on the run for 3 days, until he confessed + was arrested. 'V' stated that he + 'S' had been arguing as she wanted a divorce. She stated that when she got back home, she was going to start the preceedings - in a rage, 'V' killed her. Before he went on the run for 3 days, 'V' had attempted suicide by first hanging himself + then stabbing himself in the abdomen. When neither worked, he fled the area.

She sure swelled up really quick. Nasty! Maybe as punishment he should be made to sleep on that mattress until his trial and sentencing.

~ I don't think he felt enough remorse by ignorantly 'trying' to make it look like he wanted to kill himself, so guilt finally took over & he had to turn himself over. ~ I'm sure his excuse being that he wanted to live for his children. ~ Refusal of sex, as expected, is usually the cause of many a divorce. |

Obviously things were strained, as they were not living together. But 8m sure she saw him w that terrible haircut and had to finally break it off. |
