Businessman Killed In Motorcycle Accident
The accident occurred around 8:30am on Friday 15th August. The victim was a businessman who was 45 and lived in Maurice of Nassau district in Caruaru. According to information he left Caruaru accompanied by two more friends and were traveling to the city of Patos to attend a gathering of bikers. An accompanying friend who owned a VIDEO store stated they were traveling together in line when suddenly the deceased accelerated his motorcycle and distanced himself. The companions lost sight of him and then later saw he had been in an accident. The Federal Highway Police were on the scene analyzing the evidence and talking to forensic experts. The victim who was driving the motorcycle, a red Suzuky GSI, went uphill at high speed and a red Mercedes Benz truck appeared at the top curve. In an effort to avoid the truck, the motorcyclist lost control and died in the accident. The victim was a keen motorcyclist for 30 years.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Moral of the story: Don't ride a motorcycle in South America (unless you have a passenger with a gun)
