It's a pic of somebody dead. Fake or real it's in the right section.

I think it's fake based on the following criteria...
1) The deceased still has his trousers on.
2) No evidence of flip flops on or near the body.
3) Picture doesn't include grinning paramedic/s pointing at the victim.
