A little googling, and a little knowledge of Portuguese can make wonders: This happened in Brazil, in the city of Canoas. It wasn't a bomb but an accident, the driver of the bus passed out and ran over the two woman you see in the pictures. After crashing, the bus catch fire (that's why the bodies are charred). The big assed lady was Magda Machado (45) and the body at her right is her daughter, Daniela Machado (16).
