An accident occurred in the early morning of Tuesday September 16, 2014. A student identified as (NAME,18 years old pedagogy at the University of Rio Grande do Norte, was hit and killed on Avenida Antonio Campos in front of UERN in Mossley. According to information gathered on site, the student was behind the bus when the driver back over her. The young woman received a crushed skull which resulted in instant death. The bus driver, realizing he had hit the student, became ill and had to be taken to the Regional Hospital Tarcisio Maia. The ITEP made on-site expertise , and the removal of the body to the base , to be examined by the coroner on duty, and then be released to the family for burial.

I think speed is not the issue here. the girl probably bumped her head on the road when she was initially hit, stunned to immobility. even a slow backing bus could kill her that way once the head got in the way, the powered rear wheels would climb over her.
