Re: Burning the Dead in India

You need to study their religion to understand. A number of countries and times would considered our customs unusual.

People who can't afford the extravagant send offs for their relatives will keep them, well, somewhere, until a rich person is cremated. Then they'll piggy back on the festivities.

Efficient AND cheap. Can't see a problem. With the average funeral costing £5,000 I don't know why we don't all do it.

Re: Burning the Dead in India

Well no. It's how they do things there. Different countries have different ways of doing things.

They find it disgusting we eat cow.

Re: Burning the Dead in India

Nah. Alot of natives cultures or people other countries will burn their dead instead of burial. Its their cremation like most people have in the U.S.

Re: Burning the Dead in India

Isn't India still pretty much a third world country? I mean I'm sure they don't have a crematorium on every corner.
