looks like a construction site and tons of wet concrete fell on him..the stuff is heavy

You know the concrete has set. They can't get his hat off. He would have smothered but would have suffered from severe alkaline burns. See all the concrete in his mouth? He passed out and then started breathing again with gag reflex unrecognized.

You can tell their japs they put his hat back on and told him to get back to work
Its true, because I seen one pic, half a policeman, they stitched him up and put him back on the street, and that was the bottom half.
