Since a weakening in a muscle wall is usually the cause of a hernia, you can make an exterior muscle wall (basically a girdle) out of duct tape. This won't actually heal up the weakening or hole in the muscle wall, but it will prevent you from rupturing and strangulating your hernia. Unfortunately during an accident they dont try to bandage you up. So sorry for your loss |

Losing these two were a major kick in my ass. They died one year and one week to the day after another one my brothers ( I did have five) committed suicide. Death is what it is. I think we humans are the only species on this earth that is constantly aware of our own mortality. Peace out. |
