For the "Broom" to activate the trigger it would need to have been inside the trigger guard correct? Another thing... no keys in the ignition, so he wasn't goin' anywheres...

That's no broom - that's an ICE SCRAPER. But yes, likely used to pull the trigger. Just about everyone who lives somewhere it snows has an ice scraper in their car (I do). |
