British Tourist Destroyed After Falling 36 Floors From Pattaya Condo
February 2015 49-year-old J.D.K., from Gateshead, Tyneside, England, was killed after he fell 36 floors from a condo in Pattaya. A day before his death, J. had sent an e-mail to his lifelong friend, warning him of the dangers of Thailand - claiming he was "heading for a big fall". J. had become infatuated with Thailand a decade previous, and nearly every single penny he made in benefits would go on trips to the country, up to five times a year. He had been staying in the condo with his 47-year-old Thai girlfriend. Apparently, J. had been under pressure from his family to return home to England. On the day of his death, J. was told by his family that, if he didn't return to England, they would sever all ties with him and would inform Thai police that he had overstayed his visa. J.'s girlfriend refused to move to England. She went downstairs to get help from security, but when she returned, she saw J. run out to the balcony. Security officers tried to pull J. back, but he broke free and fell to his doom. The best photo in this set, in my opinion, is blurred, but is shown uncensored in the video - except that video's in shit quality. Ah well, you can't win them all.         |

That's quite a fall and the end result is just as gory as one would expect. I don't think it was the nature or the food or even his local girlfriend that pulled him to Thailand over and over again. My uneducated guess is that he fell in love with the cheap party lifestyle that he couldn't afford in the UK. Except it cost him literally his own life  |

I've been to Thailand a few times, had some Thai gfs. Wonderful people. I understand his wanting to stay, and to avoid dreary cold England, I would think about that rush to the balcony, too.
