10th November 2016, Phnom Penh, Cambodia - a 46 year old British national was found dead only hours after arriving in Cambodia. He met a friend for a beer at his accommodation, reportedly felt ill and had a lie down. When the friend came back later, he found his buddy dead. Toxicology tests were positive for Opiates. There has been a spate of tourist drug related deaths out in Cambodia in the last week. There is obviously some 'bad' or very pure stuff available at the moment. (I'm looking for the passport pic)

I would say it that was some one hitter and quitter dope. He must have found the bottom. It can happen to the best and the worst. I bet it was the good ole Heroin and Cocaine, Speedball.
