I suspect the Quasi-military/police force BOPE will be sent to the slums to deal with the favalas. To see what BOPE does there is a movie called Tropa De Elite(Elite Squad)on You Tube. They do have a reputation for shooting first and asking questions later, but dealing with the favalas, is there any choice?
