Brazilian Man Dismembered His Wife's Cousin Over Alleged Harassment
Amparo, São Paulo, Brazil A 20-year-old man, identified only as Lucas, was arrested after confessing to police that he murdered and dismembered his wife's 34-year-old cousin, Caio, alleging years of harassment against his wife. Lucas claimed he engaged in a confrontation with Caio after hearing his wife screaming in the living room. He stabbed Caio, before dismembering the body with a knife and a saw. He then scattered the remains across five locations in Amparo - the torso was left in the residence. Expressing remorse, Lucas admitted the crime to relatives before turning himself in. The suspect said the killing was motivated by long-standing allegations that Caio had harassed and abused his wife, including incidents when she was between 12 and 14 years old, and more recent unwanted messages. |

That shot of the inside of the chest cavity is extremely interesting. I wonder if lungs fill that entire space when they are filled with air... Maybe a Doc could chime in and give us an enlightened insight on the matted 🤔 |

That was the first thing I thought. I immediately looked down at my chest & wondered what was happening in there.

Yes, they fill up the entire void in the chest cavity. Those lungs have no air in them so they’re just soft organ tissue. In a living person the lungs are almost glued to the chest walls with no space between them or the chest cavity. An interesting fact. Free divers who hold their breath to dive deep their lungs shrink in the process. You can read more about it here. https://utiladivecenter.com/news/sci...apts-to-depths |

Thanks It's crazy how the human body works sometimes, I'll check your link out. Another interesting video about lungs and the space they occupy is the second part of this one : https://www.documentingreality.com/f...-fight-186642/ Definitely worth watching folks, and it's really not long. |
