Brazilian Death Mix
1. On the afternoon of 19th March 2021 in the Campo Limpo neighbourhood (Brazil), 21 year old J.P.L.A. was murdered. 2 men on a motorbike approached 'J' + fired several shots in his head + back, killing him on the spot.     2. On the afternoon of 17th March 2021 in Novo Aripuanã (Brazil), 2 men were murdered. 31 year old S.d.C.S. + 24 year old I.F.N., both detainees in custody at the 73rd Interactive Police Station. No officers were in the building when it was invaded by gunmen. Both 'S' + 'I' were shot + stabbed to death. Their bodies were found when an officer arrived for his shift. The gunmen also stole 3 shotguns from the station.   3. In the morning of 23rd March 2021 in Manaus (Brazil), the bodies of 2 men were found in a vacant lot. A local stated that she heard gunshots at around 4.30am. When it became light outside, she went to investigate + found the 2 dead men. She called the police. When the police arrived, they examined the bodies. Both men had their hand's tied + had been shot in the head, at least 3 times each.      4. On the afternoon of 19th March 2021 in Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil), 25 year old R.M.d.O. was murdered. 'R', who was monitored by an ankle tag, was chased by gunmen. He ran across the rooftops, but was shot in his leg + buttock. He fell through the roof of someone's property + died at the scene.              5. Late March 2021 in Salvador (Brazil), 2 killed.

No police in the station when they were killed?  LMAO sounds like a set up where cops were involved or paid off... or a remote police station where it's not staffed 24/7? If you keep prisoners in a building, some kind of staff should be there, I would imagine.5. There is something that sparks sadness in me when I see a gunshot victim with their legs crossed at the ankles... I'm not sure if there is special significance to why that happens. But in my own head it tells me they fell right where they stood when they were shot. Great set, Simone. |
