Brazil - Woman Shot Dead Outside Her Home
On the morning of 16th September 2019 in the Colonia Terra Nova district (Brazil), 43 year old D.C.D.S. was murdered. 'D', a maid with 3 children, was sitting outside the front of her home with her 29 year old son + 21 year old nephew (another article says 'cousin'). A man approached them + shot 'D' in the chest. She tried to run but he shot her 2 more times, which hit her back. The gunman fled the scene. The area is a well-known drug trafficking spot. 'D' did not take drugs nor did she have a police record. It's thought that she was killed as she had been informing the police about the sales of drugs in the area.
